Bandar Seri Begawan - Twenty-four Final Year students of Jefri Bolkiah Engineering College (MJKB) recently conducted their final year project presentation in front of the representatives from the government and private sectors.
The presentation was made by students enrolled in the National Diploma in Building Services Engineering as part of their learning modules.
These consists of topics such as building materials & construction, building services design, electrical & electronic principles, plumbing, fire protection systems and air conditioning.
This year the student presentations included project titles such as Handicap Toilet, Personal Safe Room, Interrogation Room, Security Alarm System, Water Control Room and Modernised Hygienic Bathroom.
Their presentations were evaluated by external assessors comprising representatives from Jetwires Trading Company, Brunei Shell Petroleum Sdn Bhd, Public Works Department, Ministry of Development and also the Marine Department, Ministry of Communications.
This year the Project Coordinator for the students was Cikgu Hjh Sarimah Hj Taha.
